We would like to welcome Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin operating eastern Wisconsin’s only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma Center at Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee, an internationally recognized training and research center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. 

The anesthesiology department was established in 1965 and their faculty currently stands at approximately 182 members, including: 140 Anesthesiologists, 26 Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants, and 12 scientists dedicated exclusively to research. Their anesthesiologists provide care in several different types of locations throughout Milwaukee including: Froedtert Hospital, Children’s Wisconsin, Milwaukee VA Medical Center, two additional ambulatory surgery center, and a Comprehensive Pain Practice.
