Claim CME
To claim your CME credits for attending the MSQC/ASPIRE April 2025 Collaborative-Wide Meeting via the CloudCME portal, please closely follow the instructions below.
**Please note, U of M’s CME Office is enforcing a strict 7-day credit claiming window. Please be sure to login and claim your credits within the next 7 days.**

How to Claim Credit (via computer)
1. Navigate to https://umich.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx
2. Click Sign In, in upper left-hand corner and sign in using the appropriate button (UM sign in or non-UM sign in)
3. Login using your credentials
4. Click the Claim Credit button
5. Enter the Activity ID # (The Activity ID # for the MSQC/ASPIRE April 2025 Collaborative-Wide Meeting is 80882)
6. Complete attestation and signature fields.
7. Click Claim Credits
8. Complete additional fields
9. Click Submit
10. Credits are now added to your transcript which can be accessed by clicking the yellow My Account, Transcript buttons.
11. You will also receive email confirmation with a PDF certificate attached.
