Current MPOG Members
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to improving perioperative care through research, quality, and education. This page is for existing MPOG Members who wish to either add more locations, or who wish to integrate their NSQIP and/or STS data.
Adding Locations to MPOG
If you are an active MPOG site and are interested in adding more locations, we do require some background information for the sites you are interested in adding. Please note, for sites outside of Michigan, additional fees may apply. For more information regarding fees, please visit the Funding Requirements for Non-Michigan Hospital page.
When you are ready to add more locations, you will need to fill out the Membership Application, which will provide us with the information needed to guide you through this process. When you get to Question 7, please choose ‘Current site wishing to add additional sites’. The MPOG Coordinating Center will review your application and contact you with the next steps. DO NOT enable any locations until you receive approval from MPOG.
Surgical Registry Integration
Database integration offers great potential for new lines of research and cross-departmental collaboration leveraging the strengths within each database. If your site participates in NSQIP and/or STS and you are interested in integrating this data with MPOG, see the Surgical Registry Integration page for more information.
