Joined ASPIRE: 2014 I’ve worked in the perioperative setting for the past decade before I started the ACQR role at St. Joes Ann Arbor & Chelsea as staff nurse & shift coordinator. Years prior to that were on various levels of Surgical units in Ann Arbor. I am seasoned with many years! For me, being at the ground level when ASPIRE landed at St. Joe’s has helped me to understand and be part of the evolution. In hindsight, experiencing the twists & turns of achieving target goals for PUL, PONV, & TOC has been very rewarding. Quality that maintains the patient as the main focus is motivating for me.
