Are you struggling with submitting MIPS data to CMS? We can help. ASPIRE, MPOG’s QI initiative, is an approved Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR). With this designation, ASPIRE can report approved quality measures to CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) on behalf of eligible professionals (EPs) and group practices for participation in the MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System).
For 2017, ASPIRE can submit information in the Quality and Improvement Activities categories. For more information about the ASPIRE QCDR program for 2017, please refer to the Participation Guide. If your site is interested in participating, please complete the Non-Binding Letter of Intent to begin the registration process. Only MPOG sites submitting the the Minimum Data Requirement on a monthly basis are eligible to participate.
- New Data Requirement for 2017: All participating sites are now required to submit insurance type. See Technical Specification for more details. Epic sites can use the Clarity Insurance Type Query to help obtain this information
- ASPIRE Measure Benchmark deciles can be viewed here: MIPS_ASPIRE Benchmark Results. These are determined by CMS based on 2015 data.
